Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CompanyPulse (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Services Description

AutomatedMSP, LLC ("Company") provides done-for-you AI-powered outbound prospecting services under the CompanyPulse brand. Services include ICP research, list building, email infrastructure setup, personalized outreach sequences, reply handling, and meeting scheduling. Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms
• Not misuse, abuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Comply with all applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL)

4. Intellectual Property

Platform & Content: All content on CompanyPulse, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AutomatedMSP, LLC.

Your Data: You retain ownership of all prospect data, contact lists, email domains, and campaign assets created during your subscription. Upon cancellation, you may export all data at no additional charge.

5. Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly with no long-term contracts required
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
• You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No setup fees or cancellation penalties
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee availability at all times. Email campaigns may be paused during domain warm-up periods or deliverability adjustments as part of normal operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee specific meeting counts or revenue outcomes
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the past 12 months

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of engagement, including prospect data, campaign strategies, and business metrics.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, you retain full ownership and access to export all prospect data, domains, and campaign assets. We reserve the right to terminate access immediately for violations of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
